We supply new filter rods packed in trays/cartons for cigarette makers. Quote needs length, diameter (or circumference), pressure drop, hardness, and flavour loading if any.
Indicative packing for 24.5 × 120 mm: 4,425 rods/tray, 5 trays/carton, ~408 cartons per 40′ HQ (~8.16 million rods). Your size changes the count — we confirm on the RFQ.
- Length typically 54–132 mm; diameter about 5.3–7.9 mm
- Hardness around 90 ± 3% unless you specify otherwise
- Plug wrap: normal or porous (6,000–24,000 CU)
